The Bureau is networked and has a local server, with links to a national server for our case recording system.  We are always looking for people who can use their skills to help us.
Depending on the time and expertise you have, there are a number of ways in which you could help, such as:

  • Supporting and training users in day-to-day use of IT systems
  • Working with the Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS) IT support team to identify and fix hardware and software problems
  • Maintaining your bureau network
  • Designing spreadsheets, databases or a bureau website
